Pending verification of your application information and employment and/or benefits, you will receive an email within 7 business days. If you are approved, you will be given instructions on how to make your first deposit. Once you make your initial deposit, you will receive your startup kit within 7 business days. Your startup kit will include your personalized PlatinumCashTM ATM card, a courtesy check for direct deposit, terms and pricing disclosure. All you will have to do is call our toll free activation number to activate your account. Please DO NOT apply more than once, it will delay your enrollment.
